By accessing or using the Go Go Restoration website ("Site") or engaging our restoration services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

2. Description of Services

Go Go Restoration provides property restoration and mitigation services, including but not limited to:

• Water damage mitigation, extraction, and drying
• Fire and smoke damage restoration
• Mold remediation and testing
• Biohazard cleanup
• Asbestos abatement
• Emergency board-up services
• Tarping and temporary protection

Services are available in our service areas including Spokane, WA; Alexandria, VA; and Lansing, MI, as well as surrounding communities.

3. Service Agreements

Individual restoration projects may require a separate written service agreement or work authorization. These project-specific agreements, when executed, shall be incorporated into and governed by these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement shall control.

4. Emergency Services

Go Go Restoration offers 24/7 emergency response services. By requesting emergency services, you authorize us to begin work immediately to prevent further damage to your property. Emergency service authorization may be provided verbally and confirmed in writing as soon as practicable.

5. Insurance Claims Assistance

We may assist you in coordinating with your insurance company regarding covered restoration work. However, Go Go Restoration is not an insurance company, agent, or adjuster. We do not guarantee insurance coverage or claim approval. You remain responsible for understanding your insurance policy and any costs not covered by your insurer.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. General payment terms include:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments
• For insurance-covered work, we may bill your insurance company directly with your authorization
• You are responsible for any deductibles, co-pays, or amounts not covered by insurance
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable law

7. Warranties and Limitations

Go Go Restoration warrants that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Go Restoration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer: We do not guarantee that restoration will return property to its exact pre-loss condition. Results depend on the nature and extent of damage, materials involved, and timeliness of response.

8. Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the damage and property conditions
• Grant reasonable access to the property for service delivery
• Disclose known hazards, including but not limited to asbestos, lead paint, or structural concerns
• Maintain a safe environment for our technicians
• Review and sign necessary service authorizations promptly
• Communicate any concerns during the restoration process

9. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
• Submit false or misleading information through any forms
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without permission

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Go Go Restoration or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Go Go Restoration name, logo, and Drippy mascot are trademarks of Go Go Restoration.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Go Restoration, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction of the Go Go Restoration office nearest to the service location.

13. Force Majeure

Go Go Restoration shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or utility failures.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the applicable Go Go Restoration office is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
